The Science Day held on 21 September will be organized as a colloquium devoted to research at the service of risk evaluation. The examples of research conducted in various disciplines (environmental and health sciences, engineering science, human and social sciences) will allow risk factors to be better characterized and better measured for the purpose of creating scientific and public policies better able to control them.
This colloquium is open to all and free of charge subject to registration in advance.
This event will be held at the Maeva Center, in the Fourchon area of Arles.
On September 22, 23 and 24, and following on from this Science Day, the IRSN’s doctoral candidates and postdocs will present their research work in the fields of human radiation protection and nuclear safety.
