The present work aims at determining a micromechanical model for the anisotropic elastoplastic behavior of Hydrided Zircaloy. The microstructure of the considered material is supposed to be composed of an anisotropic and elasto-plastic matrix containing isotropic elastic inclusions which have the same direction and which centers are randomly distributed. The homogeneous behavior of this non linear two phases material is obtained by a linearization based on the modified secant method and by the estimation of Ponte-Casta ˜neda-Willis  for the behavior of the linear comparison composite.
