Ionizing radiation has two main targets in the cell: cytoplasmic membrane which is the first one in geometric situation and nucleus DNA which is the first one in importance. This study focalized on radio-induced membrane alterations in order to check some related parameters as potential biological indicators to ionizing radiation in case of accidental overexposure.
